Abstract (en)

[origin: EP2062997A2] The coating method for repairing the area of damaged sections of components of a gas turbine, comprises applying a coating material for forming a coating on the components through cold kinetic compacting and/or kinetic cold gas spraying process and simultaneously applying a solder material and/or a flowable alloy material on the component. The formed coating and the component are subjected to a thermal treatment. The coating is applied at a gas temperature of 300-95[deg] C, a pressure of 30-40 bar and a speed of 500-1500 m/second.
