The device (1) has a base structure (3) with two guide sections (18) strongly connected with each other by a separate intermediate structure. The guide sections carry a longitudinally running-guide rail (26), and a linear drive unit (33) is accommodated in housing sections (19) of the structure (3), where the sections (19) are integrated as an additional component in the structure (3). A component of the structure supported between the guide sections is designed such that the guide sections are fastened together by interconnection of the sections (19) without direct connection.

Es wird eine Linearantriebsvorrichtung (1) vorgeschlagen, die eine längliche Basisstruktur (3) und einen daran verschiebbar gelagerten Schlitten (13) aufweist. Die Basisstruktur (3) enthält zwei äußere Führungsprofilteile (18) mit je einer Führungsschiene (26) zur Führung des Schlittens (13). Außerdem enthält die Basisstruktur (3) eine die beiden Führungsprofilteile (18) miteinander verbindende Zwischenstruktur (25), die mindestens ein mit Linearantriebsmitteln (33) ausgestattetes Gehäuseprofilteil (19) aufweist. Die Linearantriebsmittel (33) stehen mit dem Schlitten (13) in antriebsmäßiger Verbindung.
