Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2063667A2] The module (20) has an interface (24) for mechanical and electrical or acoustic coupling of the module, and a main module e.g. microphones, for production of electrical or acoustic signals. A line (40) e.g. wire, is provided for leading the acoustic or electrical signal to an ear piece, which is formed for partial insertion into an auditory canal of a patient. A clamping jaw and a locking device (32) are provided for adapting length of a part of the line that protrudes from the module. An end of the line is coupled with the interface of the module. An independent claim is also included for a method for adapting a modular hearing aid device.
