[origin: DE202006014753U1] The adapter has a connecting part (2) with an axial through hole (6) and a coaxial blind hole. A connecting piece (3) engages in the blind hole and has a partially circular edge. The piece has an axially aligned clamping device on the side opposite to the edge and operating between the piece and a prosthetical matched part. The clamping device has screws to connect the matched part with the connection adapter (1) and to prevent the rotatability between the adapter and the matched part under clamping. An independent claim is also included for a clamping device with four screws for connecting a prosthetical matched part with a connection adapter.
