Abstract (en)

The mechanism (22) has a linkage provided at a lifting frame (14) and arranged in a vertical operating position above a rotation axle (D) of the lifting frame. The mechanism is hinged at the frame and at a framework (12) of an industrial truck i.e. commissioner (10), and formed such that the frame is fixed in arbitrary pivoting positions between an operating position and a stop position. The linkage is provided at an upper section of the framework. The frame is pivotably mounted at the rotation axle between the vertical operating position and a vertical stop position at the framework. An independent claim is also included for a method for transporting an industrial truck.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kippmechanismus für ein Hubgerüst (14) eines Flurförderzeugs (10), wobei das Hubgerüst (14) um eine Drehachse (D) schwenkbar zwischen einer zumindest näherungsweise vertikalen Betriebsstellung und einer bezüglich der Vertikalen geneigten Anschlagstellung am Rahmen (12) des Flurförderzeugs (10) gelagert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kippmechanismus (22) am Hubgerüst (14) und am Rahmen (12, 54) des Flurförderzeugs (10) angelenkt (36, 38) ist und derart ausgebildet ist, dass das Hubgerüst (14) in beliebigen Schwenkstellungen zwischen der Betriebsstellung und der Anschlagstellung fixierbar ist. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein Flurförderzeug mit einem derartigen Kippmechanismus sowie ein Verfahren zum Transportieren eines solchen Flurförderzeugs.
