Abstract (en)
The method involves monitoring torque of a screwed joint (12) until a predefined threshold value is reached, and measuring angle (gamma) of relative rotation from a point, where the threshold value has reached. Rotation of a hand-held screwing tool (10) is measured relative to the joint from the point, where the threshold value has reached. An electric tool is switched off when predetermined angle of rotation is reached in accordance to the relative angle of rotation of the screwing tool relative to the screwed joint as a corrective value. An independent claim is also included for a hand-held screwing tool comprising a cut-off mechanism.

Es wird ein Verfahren zur Steuerung des Anzugswinkels von Verschraubungen (12) beim Anziehen mittels eines handgehaltenen Schraubwerkzeuges (10) angegeben, bei dem das Drehmoment überwacht wird, bis ein vorgegebener Schwellwert erreicht wird, der Drehwinkel ² ab Erreichen des Schwellwertes gemessen wird, die Relativdrehung des Schraubwerkzeuges zur Verschraubung (12) ab Erreichen des Schwellwertes ² gemessen wird und das Schraubwerkzeug bei Erreichen eines vorgegebenen Drehwinkels abgeschaltet wird, wobei der Relativdrehwinkel des Schraubwerkzeuges (10) zur Verschraubung als Korrekturgröße berücksichtigt wird.
