Abstract (en)
The method involves coupling a pressure cylinder (2) and a rubber blanket cylinder to a main drive (11). A cylinder (8) is coupled to a self-motor drivable single drive (16), which the single drive is drivable opposite to the main drive in a predetermined way. The cylinder is coupled to the single drive, supported in side frames with a changeable axial position (23) and directly placed adjacent to the pressure cylinder. The cylinder is synchronously moved together with a stator and a rotor during a change of the axial position, where the stator and the rotor form the single drive. An independent claim is also included for a drive for driving a processing machine for sheet material, comprising a synchronization unit.
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und einen Antrieb für eine Verarbeitungsmaschine für Bogenmaterial. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es ein Verfahren und einen Antrieb derart zu verbessern, dass eine Einzelantriebslösung für einen lageveränderbaren Zylinder realisierbar ist, wobei zumindest die das Bogenmaterial führenden Zylinder über einen gemeinsamen Räderzug von einem Hauptantrieb antreibbar sind. Gelöst wird dadurch, indem der zu einem Bogenführungszylinder 2, 3 unmittelbar benachbarte, in Seitengestellen mit einer veränderbaren Achsposition 23, 23' gelagerte und mit einem Einzelantrieb 16 gekoppelte Zylinder 8 bei einer Veränderung der Achsposition 23, 23' des Zylinders 8 gemeinsam mit dem den Einzelantrieb 16 bildenden Stator und Rotor synchron bewegt werden.
