Abstract (en)

[origin: EP2068084A2] The method involves providing food in a cooking chamber of a cooking equipment with a heating device and/or a humidification device and a control or regulation device. A cooking compartment temperature is determined from temperature, humidity, pressure and/or flow rate of atmosphere in the compartment and/or microwave energy in the compartment. A target to 100 percentage is achieved in case of overlapping of cooking compartment temperature regions without a weight and/or a percentage rate of the target is achieved in case of overlapping of the regions with the weight. The food contains two different items of cooking, where the items are selected from a group consisting of cooked meat, roast beef, cutlet, lamb leg, crispy roasted pork, large roast, juicy steak, goose, duck, grill cockerel and fish, and from another group consisting of rice, noodles, damped potatoes, mashed potatoes, deep-fried potato wedges, potato chips, grill vegetables, damped and mixed vegetables. An independent claim is also included for a cooking equipment comprising a display device in the form of a touch-screen.
