[origin: EP2068211A1] The device has levers (20, 22) pivotingly mounted and actuated by pushers (10, 12), respectively, where the levers are limited in directional movement towards the pushers by stops, respectively. A jumper spring (30) is mounted on the lever (22). The lever (20) is associated with an arm cooperating with the spring such that the arm and the spring are displaced with respect to each other, so that the arm is subjected to restoring force of the spring.
