[origin: WO2008040551A1] The present invention relates to a tooth implant support for securing in a hollow space, in particular in a pre-drilled hole in a bone, with a main body that can be fitted into the hollow space, and with a clamp part with an implant pillar for securing a tooth implant, wherein the main body has laterally protruding, resilient expansion parts, such that the clamp part engages on the main body, and such that the main body can be drawn by the clamp part in the direction of the implant pillar.
