Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2071082A2] The element (1) has four units e.g. blades (2), having a common base (3) and folded and upwardly pivoted in a transport condition so that four tips (2.1) of the units lie in a plane. The units are aligned in an active condition such that three of the tips form rebellion points on a surface and one of the units intrudes into a wheel of a vehicle in an upwardly pointing manner when the unit is traversed. The units are made of metal, and a rope (6) made of steel or Kevlar(RTM: light, strong para-aramid synthetic fiber) is fastened to a lower side of a base plate or to one of the units. An independent claim is also included for a method for restricting mobility of a vehicle.
