[origin: EP2071087A2] The toilet has an annular base (19) provided at a hinged toilet lid (5) and comprising an annular channel with fluid nozzles that are positioned on a cleaning nozzle body held in an intermediate position. The base is sealingly supported over another annular channel (16) that includes spray-and-air nozzles (17) in a distance to an outer edge of a seating ring. The fluid nozzles and spray-and-air nozzles are attached to a cleaning fluid reservoir and/or an air source, and the lid is moveable by a motor to a closed lockable cleaning position and to an opened lockable usage position.
