Abstract (en)

The device has an electromagnet (13) having a coil (14) and magnetic field routing units (15) partially surrounding the coil. The coil is provided with a sprayed or poured jacket, which forms magnetic field routing units. The magnetic field routing unit is formed by a material, which has a ferromagnetic metal particles and plastic materials. An independent claim is included for a method for producing the electromagnets.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung mit einem Elektromagneten (13), bestehend aus einer Spule (14) und Magnetfeld-Leitmittel (15), welche die Spule (14) zumindest teilweise umgeben. Erfindungsgemäß ist die Spule (14) mit einer gespritzten bzw. gegossenen Ummantelung versehen, wobei die Magnetfeld-Leitmittel (15) aus einem Material gebildet sind, das ferromagnetische Metallpartikel und Kunststoffmaterial umfasst. Die Erfindung betrifft außerdem eine Kupplung mit einer solchen Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Elektromagneten (13).
