Abstract (en)

The device has bending tools (27) movable opposite to bending cores (30, 31), where the tools press a component to be bended at the bending cores. The bending cores are arranged at bending slots (2) movable in an axis, and the bending tools are arranged at transverse slots (3, 4), which are movable in another axis transverse to the bending slots. The bending slots are movably guided at a console (1), and a servo drive controls the movement of the bending slots. The transverse slots are movably guided at a transverse carrier, which is arranged transverse to a movement axis of the bending slots.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Biegevorrichtung, insbesondere für rohrförmige Bauteile, mit Biegekernen (30, 31) und gegenüber den Biegekernen (30, 31) bewegbaren Biegewerkzeugen (27), durch die ein zu biegendes Bauteil (36) an die Biegekerne (30, 31) angedrückt wird. Zur Schaltung einer Biegevorrichtung, die trotz kompakter Bauweise eine hohe Flexibilität aufweist und die Herstellung auch komplex geformter Biegeteile ermöglicht, sind die Biegekerne (30, 31) an einem in einer ersten Achse verfahrbaren Biegeschlitten (2) und die Biegewerkzeuge (27) an mindestens zwei quer zum Biegeschlitten (2) in einer zweiten Achse verfahrbaren Querschlitten (3, 4) angeordnet.
