Abstract (en)
The module (1) has a base body (3) to which rear ends (14) of multiple tools (5) e.g. needles, are fastened. The length of the base body corresponds to multiples of center-to-center distance of the tools. The tools are fastened to the base body by a structural adhesive. The base body has a recess e.g. blind hole, in which the rear ends or front ends (15) of the tools pass through. The adhesive fastens the rear or the front ends with the base body, in the recess. The recess is open at a front side (16) of the base body, and is closed by a cover in an area-by-area manner. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a tufting module.

Das Modul besitzt einen Grundkörper (3,4), in dem mehrere Werkzeuge (5, 6) einer Art jeweils an einem hinteren Ende (14) befestigt sind. Der Grundkörper (3, 4) besitzt eine Länge, die einem Mehrfachen des Mittenabstands der am Grundkörper (3, 4) befestigten Werkzeuge (5, 6) entspricht. Die Werkzeuge (3, 4) sind mit einem Klebstoff (12, 30) im Grundkörper (3, 4) befestigt. Vorzugsweise besitzt der Grundkörper (3) wenigstens eine Ausnehmung (9, 29), in welche die genannten Enden (14, 15) der Werkzeuge (5, 6) hineinragen und in welcher de Klebstoff (12" 30) diese Enden (14, 15) mit dem Grundkörper (3, 4) verbindet.
