Abstract (en)
The belt (10) has a fiber material with layers (20-26) having a polymer material for filling cavities formed between fibers of the fiber material, such that the polymer material forms a composite structure together with the fibers. The composite structure is permeable for fluid, and a large part of the polymer material is provided in a volume area, which is close to web material contact surfaces (28) of the fiber material. The 80 percentage of the polymer material are formed in a deep area of 20 percentage of the fiber material. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a belt for a web material manufacturing machine.

Ein Band für eine Maschine zur Herstellung von Bahnmaterial, insbesondere Papier oder Karton umfasst eine Tragestruktur (12) und an einer Bahnmaterialkontaktseite (18) der Tragestruktur (12) Fasermaterial (20, 22, 24, 26) mit darin enthaltenem permeablen Polymermaterial (32), wobei ein Großteil des porösen Polymermaterials (32) in einem einer Bahnmaterialkontaktfläche (28) des Fasermaterials (20, 22, 24, 26) nahen Volumenbereich vorgesehen ist.
