Abstract (en)
The belt has a carrying structure i.e. fabric, and a layer (20) made of fiber material. A portion of fabric (26) of the layer is partially coated with a polymer material e.g. elastomeric polyurethane, formed with a film (28). A composite structure, which is permeable to fluid, is formed from another polymer material (30) e.g. elastomeric polyurethane, and the fabric of the layer. The latter polymer material is partially filled and/or bypassed between hollow spaces (32) forming the fabric, which includes a thickness in the range of 1 micrometer to 20 millimeters. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a belt for making a web material.

Ein Band für eine Maschine zur Herstellung von Bahnmaterial, insbesondere Papier oder Karton, umfasst eine Tragestruktur (12) und an einer Bahnmaterialkontaktseite (18) der Tragestruktur (12) wenigstens eine Lage (20) aus Fasermaterial, wobei wenigstens ein Teil der Fasern (26) der wenigstens einen Lage (20) aus Fasermaterial mit einem Film aus einem ersten Polymermaterial (28) überzogen ist und wobei in der wenigstens einen Lage (20) aus Fasermaterial aus einem zweiten Polymermaterial (30) eine permeable Verbundstruktur gebildet ist, indem zwischen Fasern (26) der wenigstens einen Faserlage (20) gebildete Hohlräume teilweise mit dem zweiten Polymermaterial gefüllt sind.
