[origin: EP2072712A2] The base plate (1) has a cover plate (3) and an insulation (2) arranged in an installation direction under the cover plate. The cover plate is formed from a dense material that is selected from one of a fiber board, wood fiber board or a high-density fiber board. A plate spring (6) and a plate groove (7) are provided at edges of the cover plate and are formed in a wedge-shaped manner. A lower edge (6-2) of the spring is provided opposite to a top edge (6-1). Plastic is provided as a material for the insulation, where the material is selected from one of expanded polystyrene and foam rubber.
