[origin: EP2072745A2] The window (1) has a window frame (2) provided in a window frame profile (5) i.e. centre seal profile, that is heat-sealed at a corner region, where the window frame profile is made up of thermoplastic material i.e. hard PVC. The window frame includes a window frame loop (8) lies outside a hollow chamber (7). A casement frame (3) includes an internal casement frame loop (10), which is provided in a casement frame profile that is heat-sealed at the corner region. A folding region (11) is partially blinded in an upper horizontal and/or side window area by fold insulation. An independent claim is also included for a profile system for manufacturing a window, comprising a window frame profile.
