[origin: EP2072805A2] The fuel injection valve has a valve body (16) with a fixed valve seat (29), a valve closing body (7) moving along the valve axis (2), an outlet aperture (27) in the body, and a perforated disc (23) downstream of the seat, including a nozzle region (28) with several spray apertures (30). The convex nozzle region is rectangular, or comes to a point in the middle.
