[origin: EP2072902A1] The oven has an air conducting plate (8) arranged between a hot air/circulating air fan (9) and a rectangular cooking chamber (1). A central air inlet opening (14) for the fan and air outlet openings (15, 18, 19) for supplying air into the chamber are provided in the plate. The opening (19) is arranged associated to the opening (18) assigned to a temperature sensor (16). The outlet opening (19) effectuates flow mixture, which subsequently gathers direct airflow to the sensor and sweeps into the chamber in a flow direction by air flow (20), where the air flow is directed directly to the sensor.
