Abstract (en)
The radiator has tubular elements such as horizontal heating tubes, vertical hot heat transfer fluid collector and vertical cold heat transfer fluid collector (3), where one of the elements is closed at its end by a screw cap (7). An annular groove (9) is predominantly arranged in an element's inner wall at the end of an internal thread (11). The groove receives an O-ring joint (8) whose thickness is larger than depth of the groove at rest position. The joint is entirely housed in the groove under constraints to permit a screw head (14) to be locked on an end surface (13) of the collector (3).

L'invention concerne un radiateur sèche-serviettes électrique (1) à fluide caloporteur comportant des éléments tubulaires, tels que tube(s) chauffant(s) (4) et collecteur(s) (2, 3), dont au moins un des éléments tubulaires est fermé, à au moins l'une de ses extrémités, par un bouchon à vis (7) s'engageant dans un taraudage (11) pratiqué majoritairement dans la paroi interne dudit élément tubulaire, l'étanchéité étant assurée par un joint (8) disposé entre le taraudage (11) et la tête de vis (14) du bouchon (7), dans une gorge (9) annulaire ménagée dans la paroi interne dudit élément tubulaire, à l'extrémité du taraudage (11). Ce joint (8) torique présente, au repos, une épaisseur supérieure à la profondeur de ladite gorge (9), et sous contrainte se loge en totalité à l'intérieur de la gorge (9) permettant à la tête de vis (14) du bouchon (7) de venir en butée sur la face d'extrémité (13) dudit élément tubulaire.
