Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2072936A1] The module has an evaporator (6), an internal heat exchanger (4), and a reception housing for receiving an expansion device (5) e.g. thermostatic expansion valve. The evaporator, exchanger and housing form a unitary assembly. The housing is integrally located inside the exchanger. A fixation unit is in the form of flexible tab, and maintains the expansion device inside the heat exchanger. The housing is a portion of a pipe extending inside sections of the exchanger. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a heat exchange device comprising channels (2) a method for fabricating a heat exchange device.
