The head has a switching element (11) arranged at a front side (10) of the head, where the front side lies opposite to a tiller. The switching element comprises two lines of action (16, 17) for lifting and lowering a load carrying equipment, where the lines of action lie in a plane of a handle (7). The switching element comprises two lines of action (14, 15) for forward and rearward driving, respectively, where the lines of action (14, 15) lie in a line perpendicular to the plane of the handle. The switching element comprises a recess (13) to an upper side of the head.

Ein Deichselkopf für ein Flurförderzeug mit Schaltelementen zur Steuerung einer vertikalen Bewegung eines Lastaufnahmemittels und zur Steuerung eines Antriebsmotors des Flurförderzeugs zur Vorwärts- und/oder Rückwärtsfahrt weist ein Schaltelement (11) mit zumindest vier Betätigungsfeldern (14,15,16,17) an einer zu einer Deichsel (2) gegenüberliegenden Stirnseite (10) des Deichselkopfs auf, wobei ein Schaltelement (11) im Wesentlichen eine Kreisfläche in der Aufsicht einnimmt, die einen so kleinen Durchmesser aufweist, dass nur mit einer Fingerbewegung alle Betätigungsfelder (14,15,16,17) erreichbar sind.
