The switching element comprises two lines of action (16, 17) for lifting and lowering a load carrying equipment, where the lines of action lie in a plane of a handle (7). The switching element comprises two lines of action (14, 15) for forward and rearward driving, respectively, where the lines of action (14, 15) lie in a line perpendicular to the plane of the handle. The switching element comprises a recess (13) to an upper side of the head.
