The heating device heats a pane e.g. glass pane or a plastic pane. The nanotubes are arranged in the pane and/or on one or both sides of the panes. The heating device is arranged in form of one or several letters, characters, numbers, pictogram and graphics, on a lamella evaporator by spraying or immersing.
