[origin: WO2008043971A2] The present invention relates to a raisable highways device. According to the invention, the device is characterized in that a skirt (14) is attached to the surround (11) extending the latter downwards and has a cross section of its external peripheral surface that corresponds to the free section of the opening of the shaft (12) so as to allow the skirt (14) to sit in the opening of the shaft (12) in a position relative thereto. The invention is applicable in the field of highways.
