[origin: EP2077360A2] The construction has a bottom layer (24) made of particles, which exhibit thermal conductivity of less than or equal to 0.1 Watts per meter-Kelvin (W/mK) and are not connected by binding agents. A middle layer (28) is made of mats (30), which consists of plastic foam. The middle layer is of a thickness of 1 centimeter. A water-proof film (32) i.e. PVC film, is provided. A supporting, floating screed layer (36) is surrounded by circumferential edge isolation (38) i.e. flexible band. The particles are made from polyurethane, polyether, latex and textiles.
