[origin: EP2078463A2] The device (3) has a sluice chamber (16) including a bottom flap (36) provided with an air outlet opening (55), where the sluice chamber receives a tobacco. The opening is formed as a nozzle lip, and is aligned outward to a region of an outer edge of the bottom flap. Two sections of the opening are loaded with pressurized air independent of each other in an opened condition of the bottom flap. The opening is formed by a channel (52) running in the bottom flap, which includes a flap plate (51). A projection is arranged above the channel.
