Abstract (en)
The method involves storing postal mails (P1-P3) in a sorting device with compartments in a sequence-sorting. The postal mails in storage modules (2) differentiated from the compartments by an internal extraction device (32), of a presorting device are presorted. The postal mails are stacked in the storage modules. The sequence-sorting is carried in two sorting operations. The postal mail is removed from the compartments after the sorting operations. A separation unit is delivered as a stack for delivering the postal mails to the storage modules. An independent claim is also included for a device for delivery sequence sorting of flat postal mails.

Die Erfindung geht aus von einem Verfahren zum Gangfolgesortieren flacher Postsendungen (44), bei dem die Postsendungen (44) in einer Sortiereinrichtung (46, 88, 98, 104) mit einer Anzahl von F Fächern (48) reihenfolgesortiert abgelegt werden, Um ein Gangfolgesortieren auf viele Sendungsadresse bei einer vergleichsweise niedrigen Fachzahl zu erreichen wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Postsendungen (44) in eine Anzahl von M Speichermodulen (56 - 66), die sich von den Fächern (48) durch eine interne Abzugsvorrichtung (32) unterscheiden, einer Vorsortiereinrichtung (54, 86) vorsortiert werden.
