[origin: EP2078860A2] The device (10) has a hollow wheel (14) and a gear wheel (16) meshing with each other, where the gear wheel is accommodated at a driveshaft (15) around an axis. The driveshaft runs in an eccentricity to an axis of the hollow wheel, and the hollow wheel and gear wheel are accommodated in a housing (11). The housing is formed in two-parts, and has a pump housing (13) supported in a carrier housing (12) in a clearance free manner. The pump housing is axially formed between the carrier housing and a pump cover (17), and is made of plastic or aluminum die casting.
