A gymnastic appliance has a rigid bar (20) which has two grip zones (24) for holding by a user, and two elastic cords (30) mounted on the end zones (26) of the bar (20). Fixture devices (40) are provided for releasable fixture of the cords on the end zones of the bar (20), and the fixture device can be set up for manual release and location of the cords (30) by the user, so that for different gymnastic exercises, the cords with a first elasticity and can be exchanges for cords having a second elasticity, differing from the first.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Gymnastikgerät mit einem starren Stab, welcher zum manuellen Halten durch einen Benutzer mindestens zwei Griffbereiche aufweist, und mit mindestens zwei elastischen Seilen, die an Endbereichen des Stabs angebracht sind. Das Gymnastikgerät ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum lösbaren Befestigen der Seile an den Endbereichen des Stabs Befestigungsmittel vorhanden sind, dass die Befestigungsmittel eingerichtet sind zum manuellen Lösen und Anbringen der Seile durch einen Benutzer, so dass für unterschiedliche Gymnastikübungen Seile mit einer ersten Elastizität durch Seile mit einer von der ersten Elastizität verschiedenen zweiten Elastizität von einem Benutzer des Gymnastikgerätes austauschbar sind.
