The roller (10) has a cylindrical base body (11) formed as a hollow body, and respective flange elements (14, 15) are attached to the base body on front sides (12, 13) lying opposite to each other. The flange elements lie opposite to each other, stay in connection with each other by a connection element (17), and are connected with the base body by bonding. The flange elements are deformed against each other as the connection element by a tensioning rod (18) that is completely arranged in a hollow space (16) formed by the flange elements and base body.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Walze (10) zum Aufnehmen und/oder Übertragen von Leim in Vorrichtungen der Tabak verarbeitenden Industrie, umfassend einen im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Grundkörper (11), der als Hohlkörper ausgebildet ist, wobei dem Grundkörper (11) auf den einander gegenüber liegenden Stirnseiten (12, 13) jeweils ein Flanschelement (14, 15) zugeordnet ist, und die einander gegenüber liegenden Flanschelemente (14, 15) durch ein Verbindungselement (17) miteinander in Verbindung stehen und mit dem Grundkörper (11) durch Kleben verbunden sind, die sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass die Flanschelemente (14, 15) durch einen Zuganker (18) als Verbindungselement (17) gegeneinander verspannt sind.
