[origin: WO2008047320A2] The present invention relates to multiple unit tablet compositions of benzimidazole compounds and process of preparation thereof. The compositions are useful against various gastrointestinal disorders. The multiple unit tablet composition comprises: a) tablet excipients, and b) multiple enteric coated core units containing a benzimidazole compound, wherein each core unit is covered with an enteric coating layer comprising a plasticizer in an amount of less than 15% by weight of the enteric coating layer polymer.
