Abstract (en)
[origin: DE202006019854U1] The guide has a channel for guiding a cable (3). The channel comprises separating units, which are aligned in a longitudinal direction of the channel so that a number of compartments aligned in the longitudinal direction of the channel are formed in the channel, where the compartments are suitable to guide a cable. The separation units are movable transverse to the longitudinal direction so that the opening width of a side of the compartments facing an opening side of the channel is varied transverse to the longitudinal direction. A bar or plate is arranged at the opening side of the cable. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a furniture at which a cable guide with a fixing unit is fixed (2) a working place at which a cable guide with a fixing unit is fixed.
