Abstract (en)
The machine has a pressurized chamber (1) crossed by a conveyor belt (2) and closed at an end by a sealing head mounted on a frame or mobile door (3) connected to the chamber through a tongue. The head has a pair of stacked horizontal rollers (5, 6) which is pressed against opposite sides of the belt. A conveyor belt positioning device (7) is provided to position the belt in the chamber in unwinding manner, from a side on which a sensor is arranged, below or above the belt. A maintaining unit maintains the belt in distance at height with respect to a position control unit (9) of the device.

La présente invention concerne une machine de traitement thermique de fils, comportant un moyen de positionnement (8) et un moyen de contrôle de position (9) agissant sur une zone très courte à proximité immédiate de chaque tête d'étanchéité, ledit moyen de positionnement (8) consistant en un axe (10) de pivotement du bâti ou porte mobile (3) solidarisé directement avec ledit bâti ou porte mobile (3) et en un actionneur (11) de pivotement du bâti ou porte mobile (3) agissant sur ledit bâti ou porte mobile (3) par l'intermédiaire d'une tringlerie (12) montée entre le bord du bâti ou porte mobile (3) et ledit actionneur (11). Machine caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de positionnement du tapis transporteur (2) en défilement dans l'enceinte pressurisée (1) est pourvu, du côté sur lequel s'étend le capteur, à savoir en dessous ou au-dessus du tapis transporteur (2), d'un moyen de maintien du tapis transporteur (2) en écartement en hauteur par rapport au moyen de contrôle de position (9). L'invention est plus particulièrement applicable dans le domaine de l'industrie textile, en particulier du traitement de fils au moyen de machines de traitement thermique couramment appelées machines de thermofixation.
