[origin: EP2083127A2] The head has a connecting flange (28, 30, 32) including a central longitudinal axis running between upper and lower ends, where the flange is arranged between the upper and lower ends. The flange is provided with contact surfaces (36) attached to a carrier (14, 16). The flange and the contact surfaces are laterally displaced relative to a plane, which is radial to the central longitudinal axis. The contact surfaces are arranged parallel relative to the radial plane, where the contact surfaces are displaced around 90 degree to each other.
