Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2083138A1] The device has a pair of locking units and a pair of spring stops provided on a standard aluminum section (8) of an opening frame and a lower section (13) of a panel frame. The stops are active when a pivoting panel is in a closed position. One of the locking units includes a flexible sealing ring or a plastic tube (14) fixed along the lower section. The other locking unit has a plane elongated plate (16) moving perpendicular to its plane in a direction allowing the plate to compress the ring along entire length of the ring under the action of springs when the panel is in the closed position.
