[origin: DE102006050967B3] The assembly (10) to develop a vapor mixture (17) from a non-polar (15) and a polar fluid (14) at a low temperature, for a thermal engine, the mixture is enriched with polar fluids in a vessel (21) at a slightly higher temperature to be compressed by a thermal engine (28). The vapor mixture is converted to wet steam by adiabatic relaxation, where the polar fluid condenses and the heat is transferred to the non-polar fluid and the energy used to generate electricity. The relaxed wet steam is returned to the first pressure zone (13). Water is the polar fluid and benzole the non-polar fluid.
