Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2085189A2] The setting tool (10) has a setting piston (14) movably guided in a guide cylinder (13). A fuel inlet (23) opens into a combustion chamber (15) for feeding fuel into the chamber, which defines a combustion chamber axis (A). An ignition element (26) e.g. ignition plug, is provided for igniting the fuel in the chamber. A ventilator (16) is driven by a motor (17) and is supported on a rear wall (30) of the chamber at an end (32) of the chamber remote from the cylinder. The fuel inlet and the ignition element are arranged at an end (31) of the chamber, where the end is adjacent to the cylinder.
