Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2085241A1] The method involves performing a graphical inscription such as graphics or traces (2, 3) by lithographic deposition of metal on a carrier layer (1), where the graphical inscription is performed in reverse relative to a direction in which the graphical inscription is read. The carrier layer is provided. Another carrier layer is placed in superposition on the former carrier layer so as to protect the graphical inscription, where the carrier layers are made of a transparent material such as sapphire.
