[origin: EP2085322A1] The package (100) has a bottom film (120) and a covering film, which are sealed to each other in sections. An extraction chamber (140) is formed from areas of the bottom film and the covering film and is openable by detaching a section (131) of the covering film. Another section (132) of the covering film arranged adjacent to the former section exhibits deformation resistance smaller than that of the former section such that a deformation of the covering film required for permanent opening of the chamber occurs in the latter section. An independent claim is also included for a method for storing and applying a fluid, paste-like or powdery substance.
