Abstract (en)
The device has a truncated cone shaped filtering wall (14) opened towards top, and a transporting conduit (41) for treating a slurry (42) at a top part of the wall. A rotational sprinkling head carries four nozzles aligned parallel to a surface of the wall. The nozzles respectively project plane water jets (26-29) towards the wall, where the nozzles produce the jets (27, 28) respectively having two marks that are spaced with respect to each other. The wall forms an angle of 20 degree with respect to a normal plane at a rotation axis (AX) of the wall.

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'extraction et de lavage de fibres contenues dans une boue. Le dispositif comporte une paroi filtrante (14) de forme tronconique, une conduite (41) acheminant de la boue (42) à traiter en partie haute de cette paroi filtrante (14), et une tête rotative (16) d'aspersion d'eau sur la paroi filtrante (14), cette tête rotative comportant plusieurs bras (17, 18, 48), chaque bras portant plusieurs buses, chaque buse projetant un jet d'eau vers la paroi filtrante (14). Il est pourvu d'un bras (17) portant des buses produisant des jets d'eau plats ayant des empreintes sur la paroi filtrante (14) qui sont espacées les unes des autres, et d'un autre bras (18) portant des buses produisant des jets d'eau dits coniques ayant des empreintes sur la paroi filtrante (14) qui sont espacées les unes des autres. L'invention s'applique à l'extraction de fibres destinées à la fabrication de papier.
