The retractable sealing device has a lowering element with a position which is held in the lowering element with respect to a guiding profile rail (1) in a movable manner. A power transmission pole (9) is connected with a driver (91) which works during longitudinal displacement of the power transmission pole in a direction of the position of the lowering element and does not work during longitudinal displacement of the power transmission pole in another position of the lowering element, where the latter position is adjustable against the fixed direction. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a door or window wing has a guiding profile rail; and (2) a door or window has a framework.

Eine automatisch absenkbare Dichtungsvorrichtung weist eine Führungsprofilschiene (1) und eine darin gehaltene absenkbare und anhebbare Dichtleiste (2, 3) auf, wobei die Dichtleiste (2, 3) federkraftbeaufschlagt ist und durch Verschiebung eines Auslöseelements (7) aus einer Grundstellung in einer ersten Richtung absenkbar ist. Die Dichtleiste (2, 3) ist auch durch Verschiebung des Auslöseelements (7) in einer zweiten, der ersten Richtung entgegen gesetzten Richtung absenkbar, wobei die Dichtleiste (2, 3) angehoben wird, wenn das Auslöseelement (7) die Grundstellung durchläuft. Dies erhöht die Flexibilität in ihrer Anwendung. Sie kann insbesondere für kippbare Fenster und Türen als Schutz vor Schlagregen eingesetzt werden.
