[origin: WO2008031444A1] In respect of a first aspect, the present invention proposes to separate roasted coffee beans from the husks and to comminute the latter. In respect of the second aspect, the present invention proposes to separate the husks from the roasted coffee beans and provide the same in the form of a drink base. In respect of a third aspect, the present invention proposes, for the purpose of producing a drink from husks separated off from roasted coffee beans, to produce an aqueous extract from these husks. In respect of a fourth aspect, the present invention proposes a drink made of an aqueous extract of husks separated off from roasted coffee beans.
