[origin: WO2008065674A1] A solid free flowing molecular dispersion comprising clopidogrel base, at least one pharmaceutically acceptable polymer, at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient and optionally surfactant. A process for preparing a solid dispersion comprising dissolving clopidogrel base into a solid pharmaceutically acceptable polymer, or a mixture of polymers or a mixture of a polymer and a surfactant and removing solvent by spraying this solution onto a substrate comprising of a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, in a fluid-bed processor.
