Abstract (en)
[origin: FR2906543A1] The iron has a body connected to a power supply cord (3) provided with a cord guiding device (5). The guiding device provides an orientation to the cord at an exit of the body and includes a piece in form of arch (50) supporting the cord. The arch is articulated on the body of the iron by its ends and is pivotingly assembled between a folded position in which the arch is integrated in the body and a deployed position in which the arch is spaced from the body. The cord penetrates in the arch at an opening receiving a flexible cord reinforcement (8).
