Abstract (en)
The device has a positive mold provided with a punching and/or grooving blade and connected with an upper cup. A negative mold comprises a vacuum plate (20) and held in a frame (24). A counter mold is screwed with the plate. The frame is connected with a lower cup (9) by a clamping mechanism such as pneumatic cylinder (21). The frame is horizontally movable together with the plate relative to the lower cup by an adjusting device (23), where the plate supports the counter mold that is formed by a punching sheet. An independent claim is also included for a method for punching a sheet made of paper or cardboard, in a sheet punching and/or embossing machine.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Stanzen (2) von bogenförmigem Material (6) aus Papier, Pappe und dergleichen mit einem oberen (10) und einem unteren (9) Tiegel., Der obere Tiegel (10) ist mit einer ersten positiven Stanz- und / oder Rillmesser umfassenden Form verbunden, und der untere Tiegel (9) ist mit einer zweiten negativen Form, welche eine in einem Rahmen (24) gehaltene, eine Gegenform tragende Platte (20) umfasst, verbunden. Die Gegenform ist mit der Gegenform tragenden Platte verbunden, insbesondere verschraubt. Der Rahmen (24) ist mittels eines Spannmechanismus (21) mit dem unteren Tiegel (9) verbunden, und ist zusammen mit der die Gegenform tragenden Platte (20) mittels einer Einstelleinrichtung (23) relativ zum unteren Tiegel (9) horizontal verstellbar, insbesondere motorisch.
