Abstract (en)
The container (10) has a casing (20) that is made of environmental-friendly, bending-resistant and thermal dimensionally stable material i.e. cardboard with a weight of 100-500 gram/meter square. The casing is provided with a kink along a length of the container, and is detachably connected with the container. The kink is formed by a perforation (22) in the casing. An adhesive (8) is arranged between the container and the casing. A mantle section covered by the casing is provided with grooves to enable an inner pressure increase induced by deformation for stabilizing bearing load. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing an all-sided closed, coated fluid container.

Es ist ein dünnwandiger Flüssigkeitsbehälter (10) mit einer Ummantelung (20) und ein Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung offenbart. Die Ummantelung (20) wird aus umweltfreundlichen, biegesteifen und thermisch formstabilen Materialien hergestellt. Die auf dem Flüssigkeitsbehälter (10) aufgebrachte Ummantelung (20) wird mit einem oder mehreren Haftmittelbahnen (27) oder Haftmittelpunkten (28) fixiert. Zwecks Entsorgung oder Recycling des Gebindes kann die Ummantelung (10) entlang einer Perforation (22) gelöst und entfernt werden.
