[origin: EP2090384A2] The device (1) has a base plate (5) fixed at a housing (3) of a press device (2). A cone (7) is axial movably held and swivelable around a longitudinal axis (X) in the base plate. The cone exhibits a cone point (8) that is brought in contact with an expanding head (21). The cone is axially distributed, where a partial unit (7a) of the cone supports the cone point and another partial unit (7b) is coupled with a positioning unit (4). The partial units are coupled with one another in an axially fixed manner and are swivelably supported relative to each other around the longitudinal axis.
